A serious incident has occurred today in the Peja Basja, where former police and parties in a civil procedure have threatened with weapons the judge, Lilica Sylaj, during the trial hearing, broadcasts. Periscope.
According to Peja Prosecutor's spokesman Shkodran Nikci, the suspect has come up armed with a Kalashnikov in front of the prosecution judge and threatened him directly, then escaped and is still on the run.
Kosovo police have immediately taken all actions in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor for his identification and capture. The suspect's house was raided, but he wasn't found.
By order of the state prosecutor, police have been authorized to locate and arrest the suspect.
