Osman has named these massacres among the worst offensives of the Serbian genocide regime, where 78 civilians were killed.
In April 1999, Polaca and the surrounding villages experienced one of the most vicious incidents of the Serbian genocide regime. Within a week, 78 Albanian civilians, men, women and children were killed. Today we humble ourselves even before the memory of the eight martyrs of the Kosovo Liberation Army, who fell to the altar of freedom”, it is said in the announcement issued by the presidency.
According to Osmani, these massacres are not just painful memories but part of history and truth that you dare not forget.
