President Vjosa Osmani has remembered the Rezalla massacre on the 26th anniversary of her note.
Osmani said that in the village of Rezalle in Drenica, forces of the Serbian genocide regime committed one of the most serious atrocities of war in Kosovo, it follows Periscope.
Surrounded in their homes, 98 boys and men, residents of Rezalla and surrounding villages, were brutally executed. Killing you wasn't enough, so they wiped out the bodies of 44 of the victims, another dark act aimed at wiping out traces of genocide. Some of these troops were found years later in the mass cemetery in Rudnica in Raska, on the territory of Serbia”, she said further.
Osmani says among other things that Rezalla's massacre was part of a systematic plan by the Serbian state for debacles , violently ousting Albanians from their land, through persecution, mass killings, violations, burns and destruction.
We will not stop seeking justice, as we do remembering and honoring them forever. Glory forever to the martyrs of Rezalla!”, said the country's first.
