Osman at a farewell meeting with De Riu: Italy, essential support

President Vjosa Osmani, hosted a farewell meeting of Italy's ambassador to Kosovo, Antonello De Riu, on the occasion of completing his diplomatic mandate.

In the announced release of the presidency, Osmani has thanked De Riun for his contribution during the mandate in Kosovo and has praised his commitment to strengthening relations between the two states.

It has congratulated further successes on its future diplomatic commitments, stressing that friendship and partnership between Kosovo and Italy will always remain stable and based on common values”.

“Osman stressed that Italy's support remains essential for Kosovo on its path towards Euro-Atlantic integration. It underlined the need for Italy's further commitment as a strategic partner, especially in strengthening Kosovo's position in the” international arena, the presidency's announcement said.
