According to the IPK, the arrest of the police official occurred today in the early hours of the morning, where Kosovo police had initially been reported for a shooting case with firearms after 3am at a local town in Bukos, Vushtrri.

PK on various occasions arrested a police official and recommended suspension of two other police officials

Investigators of the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) have arrested a police official today in one case, while for two other cases have recommended yesterday to the Kosovo Police the suspension of two police officials, one in Kacanik and the other case in Ferizaj.
The police official's arrest occurred today in the early hours of the morning, where Kosovo police had initially been notified of a shooting case with firearms after 3am in the morning at a local town of Bukosh in Vushtrri.
As a suspect in this case, a police official who was off duty has been involved, based on legal authorisations the IPK investigators have reported. Following some investigative actions, with the suspicion that this official committed criminal work “causing general risk”, the same has been arrested, while the prosecutor's decision has been imposed on the detention measure for 48 hours.
Regarding the next case reported to have taken place in Kacanik, the police official suspected of criminal activity “Canning” according to Article 181 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, while the work was suspected to have occurred within the police station's object.
IPK investigators in this case have recommended the suspension of this police official.
In another case, IPK investigators have recommended the suspension of a police official who was on duty at Ferizaj Police Station on suspicion that the same had committed criminal work “Kester treatment during the exercise of official duty or public authorization”.
After accepting information and the first investigative action company, as well as consulting the Founding Prosecutor at Ferizaj, The IPK has recommended to the Kosovo Police its suspension to enable an impartial and independent investigation.
