Obadiah stings Kurt: Someone who's got 61 votes for himself should be head of the Parliament at all

Abdixhiku has said that if the first party did not make the government, then it is constitutional deadlines for other parties, reports Periscope.

Chairman LDK has stinged incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti that if a head of Parliament does not have 61 votes then he should not be in that position at all.
