Through a post in his Facebook account, Abdixhiku said he spoke to Rohden about the political situation in the country and the positions of this party regarding these issues.
Also, Abdixhiku has stressed the urgent need for the removal of punitive measures imposed by the European Union.
“Bras and calls for review of this decision so that Kosovo citizens do not bear the burden of political developments. Through Ambassador Rohde, I took the opportunity to congratulate the new ruling coalition in Germany, believing in the continuation of close and fruitful co-operation between our countries, but in particular I believe very much in the excellent co-operation between the COU and LDK, and I expressed our common commitment to strengthening and advancing this political and institutional co-operation between our parties”, Obadiah wrote.

I have been waiting today at headquarters for Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Jorn Rohde. 
During the meeting, we discussed recent political developments in the country, as well as the positions of the Democratic League of Kosovo on these issues. I expressed my and LDK gratitude for the continued support Germany has given and continues to give Kosovo on its Euro-Atlantic journey, in strengthening democratic institutions and in economic development.
While with particular emphasis, I spoke of the urgent need for the removal of punitive measures imposed by the European Union towards Kosovo, stressing that these measures are directly affecting the country's economic development and the well-being of our citizens. I also called for reconsidering this decision so that Kosovo citizens would not bear the burden of political developments.
Through Ambassador Rohde, I used the opportunity to congratulate the new ruling coalition in Germany, believing in the continuation of close and fruitful co-operation between our countries, but in particular I believe very much in the excellent co-operation between the CSU and the LDK, and I expressed our common commitment to strengthening and advancing this political and institutional co-operation between our parties.
