Read what Article 31 says, paragraph 5 of the law.
The government, which ends the mandate, performs the same functions as the government in resignations.
Article 26 would be worth the score certificate from the CEC before March 23rd 2025.
I don't blame you, it's the first time a government takes the mandate to the end. That's why they find it incredible.
