“The Department for Internal Control, Criminal Investigation and Professional Standards under the MPB has presented criminal rowage in the Public Basic Prosecutor's Office competent for prosecuting Organised Crime and Corruption ʹ the Department specialising in the pursuit of crimes committed by persons with police authority and members of prison police who allegedly carried out the criminal work “grave crimes against public security “criminal act of public risk” against 10 persons, as follows: P.S. The suspects have enabled the discotheque “Pulse” in Kocan to obtain licenses for running hotel-cabar activity, which has not acted according to regulations for safeguard clauses and has not conducted full controls before giving positive license for calibre, thus causing risks to people's lives in a country where a large number of people are collected, and on March 16th 2025 fire has fallen on the “Pul<3x> where 61 people lost their lives.
