Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov's comments suggest Moscow and Washington have so far been unable to overcome the differences the president, Vladimir Putin, has raised more than two weeks ago when he had declared US proposals need for reprocessing, Reuters reports. Periscope.

“We take very seriously the models and solutions proposed by Americans, but we cannot accept all in the current form”, Ryabkov was quoted by state media as telling the Russian magazine “International Affairs” in an interview published Tuesday.
