So the Founding Attorney at Ferizaj has announced through a communique.
“Foundation Procurory in Ferizaj, Department for Mitur, announces public opinion that after the investigative action company, in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, two (2) minors for criminal work “Sexual assault” according to Article 229 paragraph 6 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”.
Similarly, the State Prosecutor towards the same has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure to the Foundation Court in Ferizaj for high-profile criminal work.
