Political analyst Lirim Mehmetaj has stressed that VV deputy elected Albulen Haxhiu has acknowledged himself to have violated the Law on Government.
Mehmetaj has stressed that after this direct admission from Haxhiu, there is no more room for discussion about the issue.
“Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, invited to a show on KTV, has admitted with her mouth that they violated the law that they themselves wrote”, Mehmetaj said at Debat Plus, followed. Periscope.
He has clarified that under the Law for Government, Article 26, the ministers must resign the day before the certificate of election results, but Haxhiu and her colleagues have delivered only letters for accepting the MP's mandate, while the resignation occurred on the day before the parliamentary oath.
