The “Time Watch organised protest in Pristina against killings that have shaken public opinion and, as it was, questioned the security of life in the country. “Life does not protect weapons, but justice”, the state that does not save life, has failed”, “disarm the road, arm schools with knowledge”, were the banners that were holding protesters. “Life does not protect weapons, but justice”, the state that does not save life, has failed”, “disarm the road, arm schools with knowledge”, were the banners that were holding protesters.

Protest organising Council representative Isaac Sfarca called for preventing the killings.

We've made this organization to alarm. Kosovo has been plagued by a serious wound: the killings. Stop this phenomenon as soon as we can”, Sfarca said.

The chairman of the Association “TimeRoad”, Shaip Murseli, said violence is becoming an update. He named the killing of a Kosovo Police member an alarm for the state, reports Online Economy, Periscope.

“Today, we are gathered, not as separate individuals, but as one body to raise our voices against the deep plague that is eroded by our society. No more room for silence. When a Kosovo Police member falls victim to a serious criminal act before the entrance of the building, where he lives, it is not just a personal tragedy. This is a state alert. We are here to honor the memory of all those who have lost their lives cruelly to say clearly and vigorously - enough more! How many women killed at home by the husband's hand?

How many young men killed in the street for a word of mouth, for a banal conflict? How many families destroyed? How many graves opened up prematurely? Where this place is going when human life is losing value, when the weapon is becoming a tool for resolving disputes, when our children are growing in fear rather than growing up with dreams, Murseli said. /Periscope/
