With instructions from Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, the Kosovo Assembly today continues its constitutional session, which was interrupted 15 April.
On Tuesday, MPs failed to approve the first point, that of the provisional Commission's report on verifying mandates and quorums.
The PDK, LDK and AAK voted against the report, arguing that members of the incumbent government -- who were elected MPs -- had to resign earlier.
LDK MP Alban Zogaj only reaffirmed the party's so-called stance.
