“Even I, in the name of LDK, have voted against the report, not because it does not contain the correct data from the CEC, but because it has not been distributed over time as regards the act of resignation of the prime minister and ministers who have been elected as deputies, to ensure constitutional security, that there will be no violation of the Constitution, we have requested additional documentation, a letter sent to us by the prime minister, a letter that should be distributed on the day of repositation, prior to the certificate of<1>, said in a statement in the Zemaj press Hall of State.
“We do not believe that the current prime minister, who is now resigning under this letter, will not violate the Constitution and return to the Office of the Prime Minister. With the oath being sworn, all of the” mandates will be completed, he added.
