Latifi stressed that Sudan today is considered a failed state, where political violence and chaos have involved every aspect of life.
According to him, civil war and coups have led the country into a state collapse situation, with over 60 percent of the population living in misery and millions of Sudanese forced to flee the country.
He added that, in this context, the recognition of Kosovo by Sudan has no real impact on Kosovo's international situation, naming it an attempt to present a false news and deceive Kosovo's public opinion.
