Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti has said he has started consultations with non-party communities on forming the new government.
He said Wednesday he has met with New Democratic Party Chairman (NDS) from the Bosniak community, Emily Rexhepi and Party for Freedom, Justice and Survival Chairman Nenad Rassic from the Serb community.
Kurti announced that he will soon hold meetings with others too, but without specifying whether this will happen to any of the Albanian parties that have secured seats in the Assembly.
Kurti, who is also prime minister in office, did not comment on why these meetings are being held in the Office of the Prime Minister rather than at that party.
“We have started with official meetings, with leaders of the morning political parties being Emilja Rexhepi and Nenad Rassic. We'll meet the others”, he said.
Asked about the Pristina Court's sentence of 250 euros due to its failure to appear in Special Prosecutor (PSRK) to testify regarding the case of state reserves, Kurti ironically said he sometimes condemns it, but suggested journalists not be upset about it.
“condemns me sometimes but don't worry you”, Kurti said reports cosovapress broadcast Periscope.
Kurt made these comments after the inauguration of the nest in Gjakova's “Resinda”. He said that during the four-year term, the amount of kindergarten investments has reached over 35m euros.
The nest investment market has reached over 35m euros. In addition to the amount of 5m euros being invested in IPA funds, the works have been extended to 25 municipalities in the country. So far, 21 nurserys are finished, 11 young, 10 adaptations from school to nursery and 39 nurserys are in the process of building”, Kurti stressed.
