Kurt caress his sleeve: You ask the minorities to vote, one can even break down “hesap”!

A few days remain until the Kosovo Assembly Constitution. Non-communities in Kosovo have 20 guaranteed seats in the assembly, ten belong to non-Serb communities, and another ten to the Serb community. LVV leader Albin Kurti has only started consultations with non-party parties on forming new government, reports Periscope.
This is all happening in the prime minister's office, reports Periscope.
On Thursday, he met with the leader of the New Democratic Party from the Bosniak community, at the same time deputy prime minister, Emily Rexhepi, with Party for Freedom, Justice and Survival Chairman from the Serb community, Nenad Rassic, and the party chairman of the New Democratic Initiative of Kosovo, Elbert Krasniqi.
Today, Kurt's agenda was also busy because of his new government meetings.
He met with the head of the Social Democrat Union (SDU), Duda Balje, with the chairman of the Egyptian Liberal Party, Veton Berisha, the chairman of the Turkish Democratic Party of Kosovo, Fikrim Damka, and chairman of the United Roma Party of Kosovo (PREBK), Albert Kinoli.
With the mandates he has won in the assembly, if not with the opposition, the VVA needs to have the support of non-Serb communities to reach the required number.
One of them is emerging to be established this time, setting certain conditions for the new executive.
Duda Balje today, after meeting with Kurti, said she did not receive confirmation as to the demands she has on the Bosniaks' municipality and education reform.
“Today we had our first meeting, and I actually appeared before the prime minister with demands that we as Bosnians have. We didn't get any confirmation and we didn't give any confirmation. Right now, we're on a chat board. For requests I spoke several times is the municipality of Bosniaks, education reform and equal treatment with all MPs”, Balje has said.
On the other hand, she has said conditions are the same for other parties.
We're part of the Parliament, we're right to talk to each. They'll see, too. We're waiting for the next meeting. We have the same conditions for other parties. It is up to 15”, she said.
Valon Berisha (PLE) has also left open the possibility of reconciliation at future meetings.
Whether they will measure the VV's, it remains to be seen by 15 April.
We remember that opposition parties have declared their positions that they do not co-operate with the VV in forming the new government.
The results of the February 9th elections have been certified on March 27th. The Vetevendosje movement has secured 48 seats, followed by the 24-seat Democratic Party, the Democratic League by 20 and the AAK-Nisma coalition with 8 seats. Minorities have 20 seats. /Periscopi
