Constitutions, the Assembly and the Government of Kosovo cannot be reduced only to securing numbers and sharing positions.
Differences between LVV and parties that were four years in opposition are highlighted on key issues for the country's future, such as dialogue with Serbia, economic development and Euro-Atlantic orientation. These are not just superficial differences, but visions that make any coalition potential much more complex and difficult to achieve.
So beyond day-to-day politics, tough campaign, confrontations and offensive discs, the real challenge is whether the VV and others have the will to melt these differences and build a joint government on clear strategic and political grounds.
Without a substantial compromise on these priorities and political orientation, every government remains fragile and unstable, despite numbers.
