Chairman PDK, Memli Krasniqi, has remembered the Meja massacre, honouring the 376 Albanians who were brutally killed by the hands of Serb forces.
Krasniqi says Kosovo will never stop seeking justice for victims, dawning the fate of the found and punishing war criminals.
“Today, on the anniversary of the Meja Massacre, we honour 376 unarmed civilians, brutally slaughtered by Serb forces on April 27, 1999. Many of them, unfortunately, remain undiscovered today an open wound for their families and for all of Kosovo”.
Meya's “Masacre remains one of the most painful evidence of the barbarity of a regime aimed at ethnic cleansing of Albanians. Kosovo will never stop seeking justice for victims, dawning the fate of the found, and punishing war criminals. This is our debt to them, to ourselves, to the truth and to our future. The eternal glory of Meya's martyrs!”, wrote first of PDK./Periscopi/
