The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has hosted El Salvador's ambassador to Kosovo today, Rhina Bardi, on the occasion of handing over credentials.
During the meeting, President Osmani congratulated Ambassador Bardi on her appointment and expressed gratitude for El Salvador's continued support for Kosovo.
President Osmani called attention to her visit to El Salvador last year on the presidential inauguration, expressing admiration for the country's progress. She stressed Kosovo's commitment to deepening bilateral co-operation and strengthening ties in various areas.
Praising President Nayb Boule's leadership, President Osmani underlined El Salvador's extraordinary progress in security, economic growth and development of the tourism sector. She stressed how Kosovo and El Salvador are ranked among the safest countries in the world, thus increasing the authenticity for investment and tourism.
In this direction, opportunities were identified for co-operation in the information technology sectors, innovation, economy, defence, education and tourism. President Osmani stressed the importance of promoting private sector investments, promoting entrepreneurship and organising economic forums to approach businesses and institutions of both states.
