A new step towards transparency and protection of citizens' rights has been made with the launching of a new service on the e-Kosovo service platform.
This service dedicated to presuming complaints against police officials aims to strengthen public confidence and secure an official channel for addressing rights violations claims, acquiess Periscope.
According to the official announcement from e-Kosovo, if citizens claim rights were violated by police officials, they can use this platform to report cases in question.
The service has been established in co-operation with the Police Inspectorate, thus providing a clear and efficient process for handling complaints.
This project represents an important initiative in terms of improving accounting mechanisms and ensuring a rapid response to any citizens' concerns.
