The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has issued arrest warrants against Milan Radojicic and 19 other Serbs for war crimes. They are allegedly killing 106 Albanian civilians in Gjakova and mishandled 300 others.

Reporter Online.net has secured the court's decision in which U n RELIGION Force MAKE against the defendants.

Troops of Albanian civilians allegedly killed by this group, under the warrant, were found at a mass cemetery in Batajnica. Until their murder and mistreatment occurred at the place called “Talic's Bridge” in Gjakova, during May 7th through May 10, 1999.

The warrant was issued on April 15th 2025, following the Special Prosecutor's request of March 27, 2025.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo near this court has filed a request for issuing arrest warrant PPS.n.25/2025 at the date25.03.2025, against indictees Milovan Kovacevic, Radomir Colíó, Milos Osan, Milos Dosan, Predrag Ristice, Srdan Krstíó, Ljubisa Obradovó, Zivko Sarié, Spaso Sarió, Lazar Draskoó, Zvonko Ristico Gligorié, Cedomir Bozovié, Vladimir Bozovic, Robert Dobraj, Raljukov, Ljubkovo, Milokov, Milosavov, Milosavov, Zvova Shisavo Shisavo, Zvagolikovo, Darkoo Gligovici, incumbent for the war crimes work of the former crime act, 14egheri Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Pentinctinctinctinctinctinctincial Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Penal Pen 06/L-074 Criminal of the Republic of Kosovo.
