According to the TCh, the driver in question has fled the scene, but has been identified and declared on the run.
The suspect is the Albanian citizen with the initial G. M., 27, resident of Darsnik.
“Road Transit Sector specialists after intensive search and video surveillance in the area where the accident occurred have enabled the identification of his vehicle and manager, who fled the scene of the accident. About 5:40 a.m., this citizen, in the village of Bulgarec, crashed citizen S. Q., 65, leg, which, as a result of the wounds suffered, has passed away in hospital”, the police report, TCh, broadcast Periscope.
The investigative group under the prosecution's direction is working on apprehending the accident's author's handcuffs and determining circumstances and causes of accident. /Periscope/
