Koci: Tomorrow the trial continues for the terrorist attack on Banjska

Koci is the lawyer of Africa's Bunnjak family.

“On September 24th 2023, an armed group trained and instructed, carried out one of the most serious attacks against Kosovo's constitutional order. The goal was clear: the territorial division of the north and the challenge of the sovereignty of our state. Africa Bunjaku fell into office, defending the territory of the Republic of Kosovo”.

We are not facing a common criminal case, but in the face of a criminal act with political background and terrorist structures organised behind it. This court process is more than individual justice, it is a protection of constitutional order. All rights belonging to the accused will be guaranteed. We're a serious country. But judgment must be effective. No procrastination. No silent amnesty. Justice for Africa Bulnjak is the obligation of the Republic of Kosovo.
