This is not a technical issue, but a practice that dims the border between the state and the party, and that tells a lot about the way power is conceived.
A political subject aimed at governing the country must show higher standards, not exploit state spaces for its own interests. Therefore, consultative meetings for forming government should be held in party headquarters or neutral environments, and by no means in public offices that belong to all citizens”, Cacoli wrote among others.

It is not right nor should it be normal for the <x0-consultative meetings” for the formation of the new government to be held in the Government building, and much less for the prime minister's office to issue notice. Much more when there is no official mandate for forming the government, and the current government is “in office”.
