Kallas comes on Monday for the first time in Western Balkans, but not in Kosovo

In April 7th-9th, EU High Representative Kaya Kallas will travel to Montenegro, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On her first visit to the Western Balkans, Kallas will not visit Kosovo, as known in EU official page, broadcast Periscope.
In Montenegro, Kallas will meet with President Jakov Milatovic and Prime Minister Milojko Spajic.
It will also meet with civil society organisations and will participate in a review of equipment financed by the European Peace Fund with the country's defence minister.
A joint press conference with Prime Minister Spajic is scheduled for 10:40, the EU report said.
Meanwhile, in Albania, Kallas will meet with President Bajram Begaj and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
A joint press conference with Prime Minister Rama is scheduled for April 8th at 10:25.
High Representative Kallas will also meet with Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Igli Hasani and Defence Minister Pirro Ving.
It will jointly open the first EU-Albania Dialogue for Security and Defence with ministers Hasani and Ving.
It will also participate in the signing of the European Investment Bank grant and credit agreements for the development of the Durres-Rrogozhina Railway.
High Representative Callas will also address university students and civil society representatives.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the EU's top diplomat will visit EUFOR Althea troops and meet with Bosnia and Herzegovina presidency members. She will also meet with Council of Ministers Chairman Borjana Christo and Foreign Minister Elmedin Konakovic. A joint press meeting with the presidency is scheduled for 8 April.
