The six-member female crew, including pop star Katy Perry, landed in Texas, reports the BBC.
This is the first expedition with a female crew since the Soviet mission in 1963, and as predicted, the missile crossed the so-called Karman line, the internationally recognised height in which space begins, Periscope.
After leaving the capsule, Katie and Gail kissed the earth and expressed their gratitude for the experience. The singer said that the main emotion she felt during this trip was love.
