For Z. Jakup Krasniqi, the path to justice has been long and filled with many challenges. It should be noted that it has been almost four and a half years since my client has been arrested, including the phase of the preliminary trial procedure and two full years since the trial began. Throughout this period, protection has been steadfast in its devotion to truth and righteousness. From the beginning of the trial, our legal strategy has been based on fact, law, and integrity. In presenting the prosecution's case, we have consistently maintained and confirmed the attitudes we presented in the opening word. Those positions remain steadfast”, Alagedra said.

On the other hand, it for the Kosovo Clan broadcasts Periscopi, Alagedra said defence remains steadfast in believing that justice will prevail and the final act will prove Krasniqi's innocence.

By approaching the formal conclusion of the prosecution case over the next few days, we will continue with the next procedural steps, as provided by the Order. We are committed to ensuring that these steps are fulfilled without delay so that the final verdict can be taken as soon as possible. We stand firm in our belief that justice will prevail and final judgment will prove Mr. Krasniqi”, she said.
