Gaza has become a “mass graveger” for Palestinians and for those who are trying to offer assistance, the medical charity “MEDEK without Borders” (MSF)) said the Israeli army killed at least 13 people in the northern part of the enclave and continued to destroy houses in Rafah, south.
Palestinian doctors said an air strike left ten people dead, including the renowned writer and photoreport, Fatema Hassouna, whose work has presented the difficulties her community faces in Gaza City during the war. According to doctors, three people were killed from another attack farther north, reports news agency “Reuters”, broadcast Periscope.
No comment was made by the Israelite army.
In Rafah, a city south of the Gaza Strip, residents said the Israeli army destroyed more houses in the settlement that has been completely controlled by Israeli days in what Israelite leaders said is the expansion of security areas in Gaza to put more pressure on Hamas to release the remaining hostages.
“Gaza has become a mass grave of Palestinians and those who are being helped. We are witnessing in real time the destruction and the mandatory displacement of the entire population to Gaza” said in a statement Amande Baseroll, the co-ordinator of emergencies in the organisation “Ministers Without Borders”.
“After no country is safe for Palestinians or for those trying to help, humanitarian reactions are facing severe difficulties under the burden of uncertainty and critical supply shortages, leaving people with few access to care” she added.
Efforts by mediators Egypt, Qatar and the United States to restore the truce to power in Gaza and ensure the release of Israeli hostages have weakened, as Israel and Hamas are not moving from their positions. /Periscopi/
