Kosovo Assembly MP Hekuran Murati, who was seen this Tuesday at the Kosovo Assembly session, was signed there as deputy and sat down in the MP seat, with him out of it on the same day, has signed an administrative act in the prime minister's quality.
MP Murati's mailing:
Under the law's implementation for Tax Procedure Management, I have signed the new Administrative Guide for Fiscal Ports.
This Administrative Administrator is designed by the professional working group and comes after an energy effort to develop the new solar system that will reform the entire fiscal crate system, making the transition to the digital system.
The guidance envisions the transition period from the existing system to the new system, so all businesses that already have fiscal crate systems will have enough time to pass into the new system for this will be announced over time. While for new businesses or that still do not have a fiscalisation system, there will be a transitional period of 60 days until they install the new system, but have to make sure they follow the sales statements, as the UA predicts.
The new system envisions that the system of fiscalization is provided by licensed bidders. ATK has already held contact meetings with several such bidders, and communication with them will continue.
