As stated in the announcement, according to this completion-changing point 2 of Decision No. 06/143 of the 28.04.2017 date, replaced as follows: “Landanti of the Government Commission for Knowledge and Verification of the Status of Raped Persons during the Kosovo Liberation War is until May 15th 2028”.
“After point 2. Point 2. for the following text: Afat to submit the demand for recognition of the status of the victim of sexual violence during the war is extended to May 15th, 2027.
Point 1.6 of Government Decision No. 16/48 of the 7.12.2020 is replaced with this text: cezj. Kimette Hajolli, head of the IKKL “Department for Enforcement and Archives, says in the report.
