In his tour of the Constitutional Day on the social network Facebook, Hoti has expressed gratitude for the designers, supporters and defenders of the Constitution.
The Day of Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. On April 9th 2008, the Kosovo Assembly adopted the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, thereby determining the judicial order of the state of Kosovo. Despite its complexity due to the specifics of Kosovo's declaration of independence, Kosovo's Constitution is among the most progressive constitutions. The origin of these progressive and democratic ideas is in the early 1990s, by the founders of the state of Kosovo, at the helm with President Rugova. We today express gratitude for its designers, its supporters, and its defenders” wrote Hoti.
