Through a media communique, the municipality of Malisheva announced that the mortary ceremonies kicked off in honours in the Banja sports hall, where many fellow fighters, institutional representatives and numerous citizens paid their last respects near his coffin.
Among the participants were Kosovo Assembly deputies, representatives of the KSF, the Kosovo Police, municipal structures, as well as other personalities from public life on Albanian soils.
In the comet collection held after the thrones, memories and evaluations of Commander Face's life and activity were shared. The talks held Fatmir Limaj, Celiku commander and deputy of the Kosovo Parliament, Ekrem Kastrati, chairman of the Malisheva municipality, Metush Kryeziu, chairman of the KLA OVL branch in Malisheva; and Fatmir Shudaj, on behalf of the family and residents of the village of Banja.
The ceremony ended at the Baja village cemetery, where with military honours and religious rituals Shala conveyed to the last residence, leaving behind a proud legacy for the coming generations.
