Today, the Republic of Kosovo marks the Day of the Constitution, the fundamental document of the state, stemming from the liberation war and the free spirit of our people. It is from this principle that a modern Constitution is built, that enhances human rights, guarantees equality for all citizens indiscriminately, and provides protection for minorities. It is the foundation of our democracy and the unbreakable Guardian of the principles of freedom, justice and constitutional order.
In the past four years, we have witnessed a government that has repeatedly violated and violated the Constitution, either through arbitrary and unconstitutional decisions or through open disregard for it.
A radical change of governing thinking is necessarily a turning point toward a government that respects the Constitution not only in letters but in every decision and action, which views the law as an instrument to serve citizens, not to rule them.
