In a post on social networks, Haradinaj has described this massacre as one of the worst acts of Serbian genocide in Kosovo, where men, women, elderly and children by Lübenqi, Buckani, Rashiqi, Loja, Kuriqi and Prilep were brutally executed, although they were unarmed.
Kosovo's “Freedom was paid with the blood of our best. They did not stop in the face of violence, they did not give in to cruelty. They were unarmed, but stronger than the enemy, because they had a goal of freedom of Homeland,” wrote Haradinaj.
He also cited other war tragedies, such as the disappearance of the Januz Cana family in Gjakova, mass executions in the Vejsa family and on the streets of the city, as well as the murder of six members of the Reja family from Istog Cerca.
Haradinaj stressed the necessity of justice for victims and keeping national memory alive for those sacrificed for Kosovo's freedom.
“The responsibility of these crimes should not remain unpunished. Justice for them is our eternal debt,” completes his post. /Periscope/
