He has estimated that the Constitution today is a guide of Kosovo society, followed by Periscope.
In his account in “Facebook”, Hamza wrote that by respecting the rights and freedoms of each citizen, the state of Kosovo will be strengthened.
“Every people has the power to shape their future and, with the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo 17 years ago, we shaped the rule of law and our European future. The constitution today is a guide to our society and by respecting the rights and freedoms of every citizen, we will strengthen our country! Each of us must be dedicated and work to make every provision of the Constitution of Kosovo, every word within it, a reality for all our citizens! ”, wrote Hamza.
