Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti gathered the Security Council yesterday.
There he said Serbia with Radociqi at the helm is hindering the formation of the government.
But, Kurti deputy Halil Thaci is doing work to establish institutions.
Thaci, said 15 April will all be voted in. The Prime Minister will again be Glauk Konjufca.

The VV MP concluded with the conviction that April 15th ends everything.
Of course, by 15 it all ends and the new government will be voted on April 15th.
