Gervailla: We have reached a point where it could be completely impossible to continue the constitutionalization of this Parliament.

The party's chairman “Gux”, Donika Grovalla, has said that today's session failure has reached a point where it could be completely impossible to continue the constitution. Today's session has been interrupted, since MPs managed to pass the first point of the agenda, that of approval of the report [...]
Today's session has been suspended since MPs managed to pass the first point of the agenda, the approval of the provisional Commission's report on verifying mandates and quorum.
Gervala said the repeat of this vote is not envisioned in either of the Parliament's legal documents.
The “E failed the work of this Assembly, without starting yet. They failed, because the Parliament couldn't continue the job. Now we've entered into complicated procedures because this vote doesn't pre-empt it to any of the regulations and legal documents of the Parliament. We've reached a point where it could be completely impossible to continue the constitutionalization of this Convention.”, has declared Gervala in Tv1.
Gervala said MPs who voted against the report today, “raised their hand even against their mandate”.
What happened today, Gervala described as “playing”, while asking whether the country will go to the polls because of today's situation.
The Constitutional Assembly hearing has failed today, as the provisional Commission's report on the verification of quorum and mandates did not receive sufficient votes from MPs.
Under these circumstances and after the party consultation, House Speaker Avni Dehari stopped working and declared he would address President Vjosa Osmani as to how to move further.
So far, there hasn't been a letter at Osman's address.
This session required MPs, following the report's adoption, to take the oath and elect the chairman and vice-presidents.
