The German mission in NATO has stressed the key role of KFOR and NATO Consultative Team (NALT) in maintaining security and stability in Kosovo.
They have stressed that Germany currently has more than 300 soldiers serving under these two NATO missions.
Likewise, the German Mission announced that the country has extended the German operational company's engagement under KFOR until 2027.
According to the statement, at this stage, Germany has not planned to increase the number of its soldiers in KFOR, but continues to support stability and security in Kosovo and the Western Balkans. /Periscope
