The meeting was held in KFOR's Staff, in Camp Film City in Pristina.
“During the visit, KFOR commander shared his views on the current security situation throughout the region and underlined KFOR's efforts to ensure a safe and secure environment for all people living in Kosovo and in support of the EU-mediated dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade”, KFOR announced.
Bardon used the opportunity to thank Ambassador Guérot for France's past contributions to both KFOR and regional stability.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR works in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's Mission for Law Rule in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security responseors”, the report said. /Periscope/
