According to the report, during the initial session held on the same day, following reading the indictment by prosecutor Gazmend Salihu, the accused pleaded guilty.

Prosecutor Salihu, according to the report, said he agrees with admitting guilt on the part of the accused and proposed to the court to plead guilty and condemn him by law. It suggested that the Court take into account the serious circumstances: the extent of the defendant's criminal responsibility and the consequences caused, as well as extenuating circumstances: admitting guilt on the part of the defendant and seeking its forgiveness.
The victim's representative, lawyer Arber Jashari, reportedly backed the prosecutor's statement and said they would submit the property-juridic demand.
It reportedly even the legal representative of minor-Leutrim Mahmati backed the statement by the prosecutor and his defender, while adding that he joined the prosecution and submitted property-juridic requests.
