Through a post in his Facebook account, Smaj has criticised the government in office, saying the decision to increase the price of electricity is a crime and “is psychological and economic violence for hundreds of thousands of citizens living on income below the average”.
“Kosovo's electricity price for the complete collection produced at KEK cannot be higher than the cost of production. While Kosovo citizens must pay at the price of the market only the share of the electricity imported. Even this import part should be amortized with the part KEK exports. Only by introducing such a production and export-import monitoring mechanism can we have justice for the citizens of the country. Otherwise there's a V happening ECLATHANTE LIFE in the pockets of a poor people” wrote, among other things, Smaj.

Compared to average income, in Kosovo the price of electricity is more expensive than in any other European country.
Nowhere in Europe does the electricity bill get anybody 16% of the salary.
The Government's propaganda that in Kosovo is the price of Europe's freest course is exacerbated propaganda and in complete opposition to any economic theory for development in the country.
As for the Kosovo electricity price, nothing has changed compared to four years ago. Only the government has been changed, and it's also being seen from planes that are a political class, who are trying to rob a poor people because they have found them unaware of their rights as citizens. They found the functional illiterates to cheat to the bone.
Otherwise, KEK is a company owned by Kosovo society, not owned by the state. This means that electricity prices cannot be determined arbitraryly by the government, but a broad public debate is required, and ultimately prices should be determined after an agreement with representatives of the people in the Kosovo Assembly.
The government's decision to increase electricity prices within 4 years for 126% is a crime and devastating approach to the first economy. While it is psychological and economic violence for hundreds of thousands of citizens living on below average income.
Kosovo's electricity price for the complete kilowatts produced at KEK cannot be higher than the cost of production. While Kosovo citizens must pay at the price of the market only the share of the electricity imported. Even this import part should be amortized with the part KEK exports.
Only by introducing such a production and export-import monitoring mechanism can we have justice for the citizens of the country. Otherwise there's a V happening JEHOVAH'S life in the pockets of a poor people.
Stop snoring politicians of disgusting extortioners!
