The arrest was carried out after a detailed search after authorities had observed suspicious movements in his vehicle. During the inspection, over 50 pounds [15 kg] of cocaine, divided into 20 blocks, and 12 kilograms [12 kg] of marijuana were found in his car. The value of drugs on the market, if dropped, totaled 600 thousand euros.
Authorities also confiscated specialised equipment for packing and distribution of drugs, including an ambalming machine, precise scales, cutters and other ambalisation materials.
