European top diplomat visits region tomorrow, but not Kosovo, Serbia

High Representative Kalas will also meet with Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Igli Hasani and Defence Minister Pir Vangu, with whom he will solemnly open the first security and defence dialogue between the EU and Albania.
Calas will also address students and civil society representatives in Albania.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the High Representative will visit EUFOR members Altaa and meet with members of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency.
