“The functioning of institutions does not account for anyone more than the Koganic terrorists. Is that request intentional? The opposition, are you co-ordinated or unco-ordinated?”, he wrote.

Remember that for the second time, the Kosovo Convention Constituent hearing has failed.
The oldest head of the Constituent House House, Avni Dehari, decided to postpone the session after 48 hours.
The reason did not make it known, but the decision was made after the same invited political party representatives in the absence of quorum.
In the hall, as Dehar said, there were 100 deputies. Next session was called April 19th at 11:00. /Periscope
