In a US Embassy post in Pristina, it is said that if you lie to obtain a visa, work without work permits or stay in the US longer than you have a visa, there will be serious penalisations.
That includes imprisonment, deportation, and a permanent ban on obtaining an American visa in the future.
If you lie to obtain a visa, work without legal permission or stay in the United States after the visa period is expired you will face serious punishment. These include prison, deportation and permanent detention of US visa in the future”, the US Embassy reported. /Periscopi
