Divisions for the Ministry of Justice End Investigations Against Master Mulhrama

Mulhrama was being investigated over the decision to complete a Kosovo Telecom debt.

News of his dismissal of investigations against him revealed Wednesday to his lawyer, Arian Koci.

“Accounting Ilir Mulaja has been fired. The prosecution found there is no evidence supporting the charges against him. He was unjustly dismissed just because he implemented a decision of cut form”, Koci said in a Facebook text Wednesday, the paparazzi.com reported, broadcasts Periscope.

Kosovo Telekom's debt write-off to Dardafon, which Deputy Mulhrama had been cancelled by the Ministry of Justice.

Lawyer Koci warned legal steps to annul this decision by the Ministry of Justice.

We now proceed with the next step: cancel this illegal decision. We protect not only law professionals but the dignity of anyone who is unjustly attacked to do the work of integrity”, he said.

In 2023, the Justice Ministry had suspended private finisher Ilir Mulhrama, who was in a process of completing between Kosovo Telecom and the Dardafon Company, after the latter in 2019 had won arbitration on Telekom for failing to meet the contract.

The completion was forwarded by verdicts to all scales of courts, as well as much controversy between the lender and the debtor and the private finisher himself in the middle.

The suspension decision was made following Telekom's initiative of disciplinary procedure in the department for free professions, November 29, 2022. /Periscope/
