The Health Ministry reports that, according to information from the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade, today morning has changed lives from wounds received by Stojance Stefanov from Kocan, born in 2001.
It's about a patient who, from the first day, according to the initial trial conducted by medical teams, was immediately sent for treatment at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade and has been assembled and critical in the last month.
The patient had burns that included 27 percent of the body and serious injuries from inhaling smoke. The VMA was operated on April 4th and placed in ECMO devices, which oxygenizes blood through a machine because of smoke inhalation. But because of the seriousness of the injuries, during most hospital stays, she has been in unstable condition and in a serious overall state of”.
