The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo continues to be steadfast in its stance against a coalition with Vetevendosje Movement.
AAK member Arton Demhaja said the alliance works every day in achieving an opposition party coalition and forming a government by the opposition, Periscope.
Commenting on the positions of the two largest opposition parties, PDK and LDK for the post of prime minister, Demhasa says this post belongs to the second election party, The PDK and other opposition parties should not insist on the issue.
“The AAK is convinced in its stance that, under no circumstances, enter into coalition and co-operation with the VV, but the alliance works every day to achieve a coalition of opposition parties and form the opposition government. Even on the basis of the constitution, if the first party fails to create the government the prime minister's post meets the second party, and I think no opposition party should insist on the prime minister's position to become an opposition coalition. If we see the Kosovo situation, no conditions should be set to take over the prime minister's position, but must be made unconditionally to achieve a coalition to create a parliamentary majority and form the government and to keep Kosovo on its Euro-Atlantic journey, Demhaje told RTV21.
